Message from the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Chaiwat Atsawintarangkun
Chairman of the Board of Directors
Mr. Weng Sam Lam
Chief Executive Officer
Dear Stakeholders,
FY 2025/26 was characterised by a challenging external environment, shaped by ongoing geopolitical tensions and continued economic uncertainty across key markets. Against this backdrop, ROCTEC delivered steady progress and further strengthened its position as a regional ICT solutions provider, with a focus on infrastructure-related projects, where long-term demand and execution capability define sustainable growth.
Since its turnaround in FY 2022/23, the Company has delivered revenue growth of approximately 11% per annum, with ICT Solutions serving as the core engine, supported by ongoing digitalisation trends. Net profit has grown at a faster pace, increasing by over 40% per annum to reach THB 476mn in FY 2025/26, reflecting disciplined execution and improving operating leverage. This performance underscores ROCTEC’s differentiated position as a fundamentally profitable and growing business relative to its peers. The Company’s resilience is further supported by its involvement in mission-critical infrastructure, where demand tends to be more durable than in other sectors. It also maintains a strong financial position, with total assets of THB 7,666mn, including a solid cash balance of THB 1,693mn and no interest-bearing debt, providing a firm foundation for future growth.
ROCTEC’s transition is increasingly reflected in execution rather than intent. ICT Solutions has established itself as the Company’s core growth engine, supported by complementary capabilities across Transportation, Integrated Technology and Digital Display Solutions. This combination forms a balanced platform, enabling the Company to navigate variations in demand across its businesses. During the year, performance was supported in part by the continued strength of Digital Display Solutions, reflecting the benefits of strategic partnerships developed over time. This platform is reinforced by the Company’s ability to deliver end-to-end solutions across multiple technology domains, enabling effective execution in complex infrastructure environments and strengthening its role within urban connectivity ecosystems.
A notable development was the securing of a nationwide railway telecommunications infrastructure project with the State Railway of Thailand, signed early in the fiscal year under the Transportation Solutions business. This marks a meaningful step in ROCTEC’s expansion into public sector infrastructure in its home market. More importantly, it demonstrates the Company’s capability to deliver complex, mission-critical systems at scale and reinforces its positioning as a regional ICT infrastructure solutions provider. Another significant development was the implementation of an AI-powered customer service hotline system for Hong Kong MTR, which marked an important milestone in ROCTEC’s expansion into the smart AI solutions market. As infrastructure investment continues to underpin economic development, ROCTEC is well placed to participate in long-term opportunities across transportation and digital infrastructure.
Looking ahead to FY 2026/27, the operating environment is expected to remain uncertain, with continued volatility in global markets and persistent geopolitical risks. Nevertheless, demand for digital infrastructure, particularly in transportation and urban systems, remains resilient, underpinned by the structural nature of urban development. In advanced markets such as Hong Kong, ongoing investments in smart city initiatives and railway modernisation reflect the continued shift from analogue to digital infrastructure, a trend expected to extend across the region. The increasing application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is also expected to enhance efficiency and drive demand for more advanced solutions.
Meanwhile, the Company’s in-house R&D enhances its capabilities, enabling scalable deployment of proprietary solutions and supporting a growing pipeline of recurrent projects. This is expected to support continued revenue growth while contributing to margin expansion, positioning the Company to deliver stronger bottom-line growth over time. ROCTEC will continue to execute with discipline, supported by its focus on long-term infrastructure projects, providing resilience and visibility over future growth.
The Board remains committed to high standards of corporate governance, transparency, and accountability. These principles remain central as ROCTEC continues to evolve and deliver sustainable value over the long term. We would also like to acknowledge the continued support of our shareholders, business partners, and stakeholders, as well as the dedication of our employees, which remains integral to the Company’s ongoing progress and long-term value creation.
