Management Approach

Enhancing Energy and Resource Efficiency Across the Organization

ROCTEC promotes efficient energy and resource use through measures covering offices, data centers, and advertising media, such as switching off lights when not in use, replacing lighting with LED bulbs, using electronic documents and QR codes, and reusing and circulating resources in line with the 3Rs principle. These efforts help reduce costs, minimize environmental impacts, and foster responsible resource-use behavior.

Efficient Energy Management

Energy-saving measures are applied across offices, data centers, and advertising media, including automatic lighting shutdown systems and the use of LED bulbs.

Responsible Resource Use

Paper and consumables are reduced through double-sided printing, electronic data storage, and communication via email, electronic meeting documents, and QR codes, helping reduce paper consumption and related greenhouse gas emissions.

Awareness Building and Employee Engagement

Environmental practices are communicated to employees and customers, while energy-saving behavior is encouraged in day-to-day work.

The Company has reviewed its policies, established environmental KPIs, and continuously strengthened its management of climate issues, waste, and pollution.

ROCTEC extends its environmental care beyond office premises by systematically and continuously considering community impacts, safety, and legal compliance.

Environmentally Conscious Operations

The Company supports efficient electricity use by automatically switching off advertising lighting after midnight to reduce electricity consumption and lighting impacts on visibility and nearby communities. It also supports collective climate action initiatives such as Earth Hour and advises customers on selecting energy-saving equipment.

Supporting the Circular Economy

The Company has adopted an upcycling process to manage retired vinyl materials from out-of-home (OOH) advertising, converting them into more than 300 useful products for communities, such as school bags and educational materials. This approach not only extends the useful life of the materials but also materially reduces the volume of waste sent for disposal.
