ROCTEC Reports FY2025/26 Revenue Growth of 11% and Net Profit Up Nearly 40%,Driven by ICT Solutions and Cost Discipline

Bangkok, 25 May 2026 – ROCTEC Global Public Company Limited (“ROCTEC” or the “Company”) reported solid FY2025/26 results, with operating revenue increasing 10.8% YoY to THB 3,428 million and net profit rising 39.8% YoY to THB 476 million. Net profit margin stood at 13.9%, supported by higher project activity, disciplined cost management, and improved operating efficiency.

ICT Solutions remained ROCTEC’s core revenue driver, contributing THB 2,917 million, or 85% of total operating revenue. Growth was led by Digital Display Solutions, supported by sizeable orders from domestic strategic partners and recurring project engagements. Transportation Solutions also continued to progress, particularly through the SRT Telecommunications Network Project, BMTA maintenance contracts, and M6/M81 network systems, while Integrated Technology Solutions was supported by public-sector and institutional ICT projects aligned with smart city and digital transformation priorities.

The Advertising business also delivered positive growth, generating revenue of THB 511 million, up 16.2% YoY, driven by stronger street furniture performance and a higher revenue share allocation. Supported by sustained demand for high-visibility out-of-home media and a relatively fixed cost structure, the segment continued to contribute recurring revenue and earnings visibility.

On profitability, ROCTEC recorded gross profit of THB 957 million, up 9.0% YoY, with gross profit margin maintained at 27.9%. Although margin was modestly affected by a volume-driven approach for selected Digital Display Solutions orders during the scaling phase, the underlying portfolio continued to reflect healthy margin quality and disciplined cost execution.

ROCTEC also strengthened its strategic positioning during the year through several key developments. The Company and its consortium partners secured a contract to construct the SRT national telecommunications network system, valued at nearly THB 1.5 billion, marking ROCTEC’s entry into Thailand’s government infrastructure sector. In addition, ROCTEC’s contributions to MTR Corporation’s AI Station Hotline and MTR Care App received gold and silver medals, respectively, at the International Exhibition of Inventions Geneva 2026, underscoring the Company’s in-house R&D capability in AI-enabled transport solutions.

Looking ahead to FY2026/27, ROCTEC expects its key businesses to continue growing, albeit at a more measured pace amid a cautious macroeconomic environment. The SRT project is expected to remain a key revenue anchor, while pipelines in Digital Display and Integrated Technology remain active. Supported by a debt-free balance sheet, strong liquidity, and increasing recurring engagement patterns, the Company believes it is well positioned to pursue steady, sustainable growth across smart infrastructure, mobility, and digital media platforms.
