Mana Chanthanayingyong, Chairman of the Board and Mr.Phoon Chiong Kit (Mr.CK), CEO of MACOwith board of directors of Master Ad Public Company Limited or MACO held the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/2561 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center. The meeting resolved to approve the acquisition of VGI Global Media (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (VGM), a 75% stake in VGI, with a turnover of 360 million baht.
