ROCTEC Global Public Co., Ltd. (‘Company’)’s business is divided into integrated system solutions, which is the core business, and advertising media, which is the traditional business. The Company has set an overall framework and goals for sustainability management to provide guidelines for the Group of Companies to proceed in the same direction consistent with the type of business. This is based on the principles of transparency and fairness, aiming to create organizational value, foster business growth, and drive innovation towards the ultimate goal. The Company emphasizes conducting business with good governance and appropriate corporate practices to enhance the quality of life for employees, society, and communities, while also focusing on environmental sustainability for the long-term benefit of all stakeholders throughout the value chain, ensuring the sustainable growth of the organization.
Meanwhile, ROCTEC continues to operate its social responsibility initiatives under the project “ROCTEC FOR SHARE”, which is divided into 2 main campaigns as follows:

Create activity collaboration with government/private company, community, and client in order to reduce waste stuff from used vinyl which has amount of used vinyl from business over 100,000 sq.m./year. Becoming new usable stuff via partnerships and creativity. Present, we has 2 activities as follows:
We donate used vinyl to be raw material to build a career for the underprivileged. The REMAKER, a specialist in tailoring of unused items, is teaching and supporting learning materials.

We support vinyl in order to create bags in the form of kit set, which will be available for sale in the PINN SHOP store, using revenue after deduction of expenses to fund school scholarships in remote areas and create participation with customers / employees to show the skill of sewing vinyl bags for poor children.

The Company places importance on managing sustainability in all 3 dimensions: environmental, social and economic in a balanced way. The major issues of operations can be summarized as follows:
1. Environmental aspect
2. Social aspect
3. Economic and good governance aspect
The Company has always been attentive to energy use and the impact of its business on the environment, having a policy to use resources in the most cost-effective and efficient manner and having a policy in line with government agencies to save electricity by allowing advertising media of all types of the Company that require electric lighting to turn off their lighting automatically.

The Company has a policy of using resources efficiently and cost-effectively by turning off lights during lunch breaks and after working hours, turning them on only as necessary. It also promotes reuse of resources, such as using both sides of paper for printing, utilizing email for communication, preparing Board and sub-committee meeting documents, and storing data in electronic formats. Important shareholder information is delivered via QR Code Sealers instead of printed documents, which facilitates convenience for shareholders, reduces operational costs, and minimizes activities that contribute to greenhouse gas emissions.
Additionally, the Company aligns its energy-saving policy with government agencies by automatically turning off lighting for all advertising media after 23:00 hrs. This policy is formally communicated to both employees and customers through sales documents.
The Company also supports global warming reduction initiatives like EARTH HOUR through its media space on street furniture to promote the campaign to the public.
The Group of Companies is attentive to the use of electricity to provide illumination to out-of-home advertising media that may have a lighting effect on nearby communities and may cause driving or visibility hazards. The Company has changed the lighting bulbs from spotlights to LED bulbs and adjusted the brightness level of the digital advertising screens to the level required by law, and adjusted the lighting system for static advertising media by choosing LED bulbs instead of using spotlights to illuminate billboards for efficiency in displaying advertising images, reducing costs in maintaining the lighting system and lighting system in the billboard boxes after replacing office light bulbs with LED light bulbs according to a project of the Ministry of Energy, thus helping save the environment, energy and energy costs.
In terms of safety, the Company and its subsidiaries have received a gold award for safety, occupational health and working environment in workplaces from the Department of Labor Protection and Welfare as a guarantee of confidence in the Company that the Company has recognized the importance and ongoing safety operations. They are activities carried out to campaign for preventive measures in business establishments, including employees, contractors, sub-contractors, and the work environment to support sustainable work.

The Company’s approach to social, community, and environmental responsibility emphasizes fostering employee awareness and integrating social responsibility into its business plan.
Fair treatment to its employees
The Company recognizes human rights as a fundamental entitlement of all individuals and therefore places the utmost importance on respecting the rights of its employees and stakeholders throughout the business value chain. This principle is formalized into corporate policy to ensure fair and equal treatment of employees, with respect for human dignity and personal freedom, without discrimination based on origin, race, nationality, skin color, gender, age, language, religion, culture, marital status, physical and health condition, social status, economic status, social beliefs, education, or political opinions. The Company strictly complies with international human rights principles and applicable local laws.
Employee Development
The Company recognizes that employees are a key driver of business success. Therefore, it has implemented measures to ensure all employees have equal opportunities to develop their potential, grow in their careers, and advance to leadership roles.
The Company Defining core competencies to guide employee development, enabling alignment with the Company’s policies, vision, mission, and goals. Six core competencies are defined to ensure sustainable performance and organizational success as follows.
Regarding welfare, activities, and various projects. These efforts aim to reduce work-related stress and promote healthy relationships among employees, including activities such as festive parties, New Year celebrations, and company outings. The Company has also established complaint procedures to ensure fair and equal support for employees facing work-related issues.



Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Activities
The Company has encouraged employees to volunteer, share, help society, communities and the underprivileged, by organizing activities to promote and raise awareness among executives and employees throughout the year including, inviting employees to participate in blood donation activities in the “one person for many people” project to the Thai Red Cross Society every 3 months to alleviate the shortage of blood reserves; organizing activities to receive donations of old lottery tickets that were not won under “the old lottery, we ask for” project to be delivered to the Center for the Disabled in Uttaradit Province and to the Public Welfare Center for Special Children, Wat Huai Moo Temple, Ratchaburi Province to be used to create inventions, jobs and income for the disabled and underprivileged people. For this activity, the Company has invited employees in the BTS group to join together. In addition, the Company receives donations of old calendars to deliver to the Educational Technology Center for the Blind to be used in making Braille books for the blind. The above activities have been carried out by the Company continuously and annually.


On 29 June 2024, ROCTEC, alongside BTS Group, participated in a Buddhism Robe Offering Ceremony (Thod Phapa Mahakuson), where our executives and employees engaged in a charitable initiative to support the construction of an outpatient building at Mongkut Kiriwan Hospital in Khao Yai. This event aligns with our ESG commitments, enhancing healthcare access and supporting community well-being.
On 29 November 2024, ROCTEC supported Ban Khlong Chao Raeng School in Prachinburi with scholarships and educational materials. Driven by the “72 Days, 72 Million Steps” challenge, this initiative promoted education in underserved communities while encouraging employee engagement.
On 24 March 2025, ROCTEC participated in the “Hero Hai” (Heroes Give) campaign alongside BTS Group, contributing over 90,000 recycled desk calendars to the Thailand Association of the Blind. The initiative also supported the development of an online membership system for the visually impaired, while ROCTEC volunteers helped record audiobooks and assemble braille storybooks. This reflects our ongoing commitment to inclusive development and accessible education.

The Company also participates in community and social development by promoting and supporting the communication of activities beneficial to society so that the community can become aware and pass on generosity to one another widely. In the past year, the Company participated and carried out various projects by setting a policy to provide media space for charitable or non-profit organizations to use to communicate contents related to social responsibility through the Company’s media for the public to acknowledge widely.
