The quality of work is the organization's need already. In the past, the original perspective, work system, and quality seemed to be separated. Nowadays, quality is needed because if the organization does not have a system or quality guaranteed. So, Customers do not want to spend their money because there is no confidence. as if we go into a restaurant, certification is required, or a celebrity recommended. Nowadays, Quality organizations have three perspectives: “customer/employee/society”.
 
The first part is customers which are about QCD; Quality, Cost, and Delivery
The organization or business’s priority is product quality and then the price has to be reasonable because price determines the quality, expectations, and profit costs of business. According to some businesses are always discounted. It becomes a devaluation of organization and being confused that which your market position. 
 
Therefore, the price has to be in line with the quality, price, and availability for customers, namely Values Added or Options that are offered as well, must be viewed in 3 angles: Q-C-D

Q = Quality 
C = Cost
D = Delivery (immediate, on time)

Three things are necessary first. (Does the quality correspond to the price?) Second, (Is the price reasonable?) Third, the added value that customers get
 
Therefore, in the business competition in terms of "for the customer", there must be three such aspects
 
The second part is Employees which is about SM; Safety, Morals
Organizations or businesses need to pay great attention to this part. Currently, there is a change between generations. The ages and a wide variety of workers Both informal workers and labor are different which is the most cause of the problems in the company.
 
We probably heard the words that "Good Work" and "Good Man". Essentially, many corporate executives are good at work but not good at people. In building faith "The salary may make employees have a determination for working but they may not be loyal with the company because the loyalty is born from the environment in the organization or we can say that what employees need is the executive who has an ethics  
 
Therefore, two points of view for employees are

S = Safety; stability in the company
M = Morals or motivation; employees want adoption and compliments which are also important not rather than salary

 

Therefore, for motivating in employees' perspective must be 3 principles; Reward, Recognition and Remove  
 
The third part is Society which is about EE (Environment and Ethics)
Society is something that is coupled with business. today's business must understand the environment, community, society as well. Therefore, if the community is strong, the organization can survive. The company must be acceptable from society who can be a mouth for you.  
 
Therefore, there are two important social issues (E + E).

E = Environment and Society 
E = Ethics is a reflection of the business because nowadays consumers have the right to claim and it's happened in many cases according to Thailand is a free country of thought and expression

But above all else, the Modern management must adhere to the formula; New Management = Standardization + Improvement Activity.
